On this course you will learn about business transactions and corporate law at national and international levels and will explore pressing contemporary problems in this context. Our teaching approach is international in scope and comparative by nature. You will develop the skills and knowledge required to pursue a global career as highly-skilled corporate professional in the new stakeholder economy. This course combines insights and readings from both Law and business and offers the chance to discuss case studies to develop experience from real life legal practice. You will be taught by internationally recognised experts with experience of advising international businesses, legal practice, and local governments.
