渥太华卡尔顿土木工程学院(OCICE)成立于1984年，结合了卡尔顿大学土木与环境工程系和渥太华大学土木工程系的研究实力和资源。
该研究所提供的研究生课程可授予应用科学硕士学位(MASc)，工程硕士学位(MEng)和土木工程哲学博士学位(PhD)。
