I hope you are all well. I am writing to let you know about some changes to our entry requirements for our PGT courses for Chinese students.

We have simplified our entry requirements. The attached document provides a list of the Chinese Universities and the GPA percentage we will be looking for from these institutions. The requirement is the same across all of our Masters courses apart from our language courses:

• MA Interpreting and Translation (Chinese)

• MA Translating and Business Interpreting (Chinese)

• MA Translation and Professional Language Skills

These are listed in a separate column in the document for you.

You can ignore our previous guide and now use this new published guide. Please share this email and the document with your counsellors.

Finally, I would like to reiterate that our admissions teams will continue their existing practice of considering more than just the GPA percentage of applicants. We recognise that the GPA percentage is only one element of the applications we receive.
