Admissions and Deposit Updates

Initial response times on applications continue to sit around 3-4 working days with email response times at around 7 working days.

I am sure many of you will be familiar with our MSc Advanced Security and Digital Forensics. This course has now been renamed as MSc Cyber Security. It is still the same course that has become a staple in our portfolio with the only change being the name.

For the September 2024 intake, a deposit deadline has been confirmed this week of the 12th of August. However, as always, we would ask applicants to pay their deposit as soon as possible to ensure they have plenty of time for their  visa applications.

CAS Shield Introduction and Training 点此注册

To streamline our CAS process and create a better user experience for applicants, university staff and you, the university has partnered with Enroly to use their CAS Shield service.

While we are aware many of you will be familiar with the service through other universities using the service. However, we are hosting a training session for all our partners on Tuesday the 16th of April 10am - 11:30am UK time. Please sign up through the register now link below.

The session will be hosted by our Senior International Officer Alice Jarrold. She will be joined by our Head of Visa and International Support, Louise McClure and our account Manger from CAS Shield, Emily Page to talk through the system and answer any questions.

We would encourage everyone to attend, even if you are familiar with the CAS Shield system. If you are unable, please pass this invitation over to a colleague who can.

Supporting and Celebrating our International students

International Student Celebrations - Over the past few months, the university has hosted multiple events to support and celebrate our international students while also providing them with an opportunity to share their culture with others. This has included Diwali events in November, Lunar New Year celebrations and our first ever African festival held on campus in February.
With one of our own International Student Ambassadors recently winning the election to become our president for societies and community next year, we are sure these events will become an even more regular occurrence on campus.

MBA Employability Summit - Hosted by our Student Futures team, this summit was the first of it's kind at ENU. Over 100 students came together with staff, alumni and friends of the university at a pilot event aimed at supporting MBA students into the graduate world.
The event was a fantastic success and highlights the commitment of the university to support our students in their journey to be ready for work after graduation. You can read the full story on the event here
