Free training and guidance for agents

Like you, we are committed to empowering student choice and ensuring a quality experience for international students. So, we have recently pledged our support for the UK Agent Quality Framework (AQF), designed to enhance the partnership between the UK education sector and agents and counsellors and to recognise and share best practice. 

The Agent Quality Framework provides access to some excellent free training and guidance for agents.

We encourage all of our agent partners to read and comply with the National Code of Ethical Practice for UK Education Agents.

We also encourage you to access the British Council's UK agent and counsellor training. This is produced in collaboration with sector experts and provides information that’s essential to your role in helping international students have an exceptional experience.  It is free of charge, 100% online and divided into short topic-based modules and assessments. Its open to agents, counsellors and all those who work in advising students.
