英国苏塞克斯大学关于CAS、最晚入学时间以及9月入读的重要信息

以下邮件是苏塞克斯大学最新发出的关于CAS、最晚入学时间、以及相关2017年9月份入读的重要信息。

另外，需要特别注意，大学对于最晚入学时间是按照不同的专业类别有不同的要求。

原文如下：

I am able to confirm that we are now starting to issue CAS for PGT students starting this September. The next two weeks will be spent issuing the CAS for applicants that are already unconditional and eligible for their CAS. An email will be sent to each applicant and the given agency address as soon as the CAS statement is viewable online.

The team will be working through the backlog of 1300+ CAS as quickly as possible. Then, we will continue issuing CAS daily, once we have issued the bulk, producing CAS as soon as we confirm an applicant’s place. There is no need to request a CAS, these will automatically be issued to eligible applicants as soon as possible.

Sending results

For your applicants with conditional offers, please send the official results as soon as they are available to pg.applicants@sussex.ac.uk. We will check the results and confirm by email if the condition has been met, we do not normally issue unconditional letters. Every result is checked twice and this is a busy period for Admissions but we will reply as soon as possible.

We can only accept official final transcripts or degree certificates. We will only accept an official letter, if issued by the University’s registry, confirming that the degree has conferred, we will not accept letters from tutors/departments.

Some offers to UK students will require a minimum percentage grade/number of credits, so please send transcripts wher available. When confirming results, the admissions coordinators will be asking for these, so it would be helpful if you could include transcripts with any degree certificate that you send. We will expect applicants to meet the full condition specified in their offer letter, so you must provide evidence of the final percentage grade if we have asked for it.

Arriving late

Term starts 21 September and all new students are expected to arrive on time. To allow for visa delays, we can normally allow students to arrive a little late. We always provide UKVI with this information, although it does not appear on the CAS statement. For most courses, the latest possible date to arrive is 13 October 2017.

However, the following courses will not allow applicants to arrive more than one week late for the course.  This is a strict latest date and no one will be allowed to start later than  29 September 2017 :

o Management and Finance MSc

o Project Management MSc

o Strategic Innovation Management MSc

o All Masters Degrees in the School of Mathematical and Physical Sciences (MPS)

o Low-Intensity Psychological Interventions PG Cert

o Psychological Therapy PG Dip
