培养目标

针对一对一教学，也涉及小组教学的教师培养课程，将会帮助学生提高器乐/声乐教学技巧。教学内容侧重于一对一教学（初学者，中级和高级学习者），其中包括有效的教学法，教学技巧通过探索音乐教育理论，阅读文献，和教学实践，学生将学会如何将知识运用到教学实践中去，进一步提升对教学法的理解，并学会如何开展教学性反思，从而提升教学能力和信心。

针对培养教师组织音乐活动，以及发展音乐小组，大班教学能力，发展和完善领导技能。此课程将致力于引导学生如何教授幼儿、中小学以及特殊教育的学生发展他们的音乐技能，并且如何成为一名音乐系或者部门的领导者/管理者。课程主要包含有关音乐教育中的领导力和管理能力的培养，音乐贯穿生命的理解，以及音乐教育哲学与心理学等大班教学的教学法。

• iBT: 87, with 21 in each component

• ISE: Level 3 with Merit in each component

• PTE: 61, with 55 in each component

• Cambridge B2 First: 176, with 169 in each component

• LanguageCert SELT B2 with 33/50 in each component

• LanguageCert Academic: 70 with a minimum of 65 in each component

• Duolingo: 120, with 105 in each component

• KITE: 459-494, with 426-458 in all other components

• Skills for English B2: Merit overall, with Pass with Merit in each component

• Oxford ELLT: 7 with 6 in each component

• several months of instrumental or vocal teaching experience (in private studio or in an institution),

• or internships in a school

• several months of teaching experience (in an institution),

• or have years of teaching experience to a high level.

申请注意事项

对核心专业课有分数要求

• Chinese instrumental performance,

• Western classical music harmony/theory

• Instrumental skill

• music education systems from around the world (e.g. Orff), solfege

• improvised piano accompaniment

• internship  in school and dissertations on aspects of music education: these  generally indicate a profile that would be suitable for the programme.

学院非常看重并要求以上核心课程均分达到75%，且低于75%的核心课程不能多于2门。如果有两门以上在60%-69%核心专业课，大概率无法获得offer，除非学生有丰富的工作经验来做补充。

以下三个本科背景的学生，申请时需要特别注意核心专业课和学术写作能力，如不能突出较强的学术能力，建议申请其他音乐专业。
