Within this course you will develop your skills, knowledge and understanding of both data engineering and data science whilst learning to store, manage and analyse large sets of data. You will study a range of modules, learning to work with the cloud providers (AWS, Azure GCloud etc) to build robust data systems, an introduction to machine learning, data models for analysis and how to store data at scale. You will learn about data visualisation to tell the story of your data and build systems to clean and analyse large data sets. You will work with SQL and NoSQL databases, learn how to use parallel data analysis software, such as Spark, Flink and learn how to integrate these into continuous deployment and integration development systems.
