With China's "Belt and Road Initiative", Chinese companies and those doing business with China have an increasing need for innovative and internationally educated graduates in the energy sector. This course will prepare you for working internationally in the energy and financial sectors. Your first year will be spent at the Chinese University of Petroleum Beijing (CUPB) and your second year will be at the University of Dundee. Learn about the multiple and complex challenges facing the energy industry, such as decarbonisation, wide scale digitisation, and decentralisation. You will learn to analyse, synthesise, and articulate concepts and practices relevant to the energy industry. You will understand the fundamental drivers of various energy markets, such as oil, gas, and electric power. You'll acquire foundational and contextual knowledge and skills in management, through classroom and work-based learning, and coaching from specialist academics or senior industry professionals.
