This graph describes the "eat well plate". According to the graph, it is clear that fruit and vegetables account for the largest part, which is about 35%. After that, it is clear that bread, rice, potatoes, pasta and other food accounts for the second largest part, which is about 30%. Following that, it is clear that food and drinks high in fat and/or sugar accounts for the smallest part, which is about only 10%. By way of conclusion, we can use the eat well plate to help get the right balance and determine how much of what we eat should come from each food group.

The graph describes the formation of an oxbow lake. This graph describes meandering and oxbow lake。

This graph describes the formation of an oxbow lake. According to the graph, it is clear that the first stage start from a river running across a plain. The lake has a meander and two necks. After that, it is clear that thenarrow of the meander is gradually being eroded by sand and silt. Following that, deposition takes place, sealing off the old meander. Water now takes the quickest route and the meander neck has been cut through completely. By way of conclusion, it is clear that at the last stage, an oxbow lake is left behind when the meander is completely cut-off. This is the formation of an oxbow lake.

This graph describes Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs in 1970. According to the graph, it is clear that at the bottom there are physiological needs, which is food, water, warmth and rest. The second layer is security needs, including security and safety. After that it isbelongingness and love needs, including intimate relationships and friends. The forth layer is esteem needs including prestige and feeling of accomplishment. By way of conclusion, at the top it is self-actualization, which is achieving one’s potential, including creative activities.

Safety needs and physiological needs are classified as basic needs, also known as D needs. Belongingness and love needs and esteem needs are psychological need. Self-actualization needs are also known as self-fulfillment needs. These three together are B needs.
