Interior Design FAQsImage: Yuting Yang, www.Dunhuang.com, (MDes Interior Design, 2023)Why study for a Master in Interior Design?· Aims to develop independently minded designers who challenge both society and the discipline in new ways.· Critically explores why they are produced, extending into both the established territory and the broader hinterland of the field.· Opportunity to engage with space as a cultural, social, and intellectual construct.· Our studio environment supports this through a space of creative imagination, discussion, and collaboration, where ideas are tested, discussed, and refined.· This process enables students to emerge as advanced practitioners capable of shaping the discipline’s evolving concerns, whether through professional practice or further research at PhD level.· With a strong focus on innovation, conceptual thinking, and real-world application, our programme equips students to shape the future of interior design across global contexts. What are the academic requirements / relevant experience required to study Interior Design?· Applicants should normally have a good honours degree.· Relevant professional experience considered.· See our Applicant Guide for detailed entry criteria. There is no strict limitation on academic background and welcome candidates from a wide range of creative disciplines (inc.
