New Course at AUT English Language Centre

We are pleased to share a new Introductory Academic English pathway course, now open for enrolments.

The course is aimed at pre-intermediate level students with a minimum of IELTS 4.5 with no band less than 4.5, or equivalent.

The course length and start dates align with those of the other courses on offer at the English Language Centre.

2026 course dates:

• 12 June to 28 August

• 21 September to 18 December

For students who may need more time and support to build their academic English skills, this course provides an extended pathway into AUT’s degree programmes.
