We are writing to let you know about the launch of our new MRes Computing course.

This exciting new course, developed in response to demand from students, will have its first intake in September 2025.

As time is short, it is important that we process applications as quickly as possible. As the course has limited places available, we also advise students to apply promptly to maximise their chance of success.

To ensure that we can process applications efficiently, it is important that all key information is supplied with applications. We are asking for your support in helping applicants provide the required information and to take note of the following deadlines:

Application deadline: 4 August 2025

Please ensure that applicants include all the necessary information with their initial submission to avoid delays:

• Qualifications, including certificates (Minimum 2:1 UK degree or international equivalent in a Computing subject area)

• English language proficiency (IELTS 6.5 overall, with no less than 6.0 in each band, or equivalent)

• CV

• References

• Please note: A research proposal is not required for this intake

Deposit deadline: 15 August 2025

CAS readiness: PCI and all required documents must be completed within 7 days of deposit payment

CAS deadline: 5 September 2025
