As we prepare to welcome new students to Brock University, please remind your applicants that a valid study permit is required for programs longer than six months unless the student is a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or otherwise exempt. Refugee students also require a study permit.

Are your students applying for their first study permit from outside or inside Canada?

Join us on February 24 at 9:00 a.m. EST to learn everything you need to know about study permits and how to apply for your first one with one of Brock International’s licensed immigration professionals. The session will cover:

• Immigration documents for international students
• Maintaining valid immigration status
• The study permit application process and required documents
• Navigating the IRCC online application system

Students should begin their study permit application as soon as they receive their Brock letter of acceptance.
