We're in a new year and we want to extend our heartfelt thanks for your continued partnership and dedication throughout 2025. Your support has played a vital role in helping students around the world take confident steps toward their education goals and come to study at Charles Sturt University.

Offshore applications Session 1 now closed

A kind reminder that applications for Session 1, 2026 on‑campus study for offshore applicants are now closed.

If you have students with applications already in progress, please ensure these are finalised as soon as possible and ahead of the key deadlines in the section below.

Applications for onshore and online students are still open.

GS Document Submission Deadline: 23 January 2026

Offer Acceptance & CoE Issuance Deadline: 30 January 2026

The dates are a guide so students have enough time for visa processing. Documents and acceptances after these dates may not be processed.

Scholarships

We're getting closer to the start of Session 1, so please remind your students to apply for the scholarships currently available to them.

Vice‑Chancellor International Excellence Scholarship (50%)

High‑achieving students with results above 80% should be encouraged to apply.

Important: Students must submit their application before commencing study in Session 1, even though the scholarship remains open until June 2026.

Regional Accommodation Bursary for International Students

Students planning to live on campus can apply for this bursary, which provides AUD $1,000 towards their accommodation costs.
