receive exam results from UCAS. This means that those who applied via

hub. You will not be able to see their applications in your Agent
Portal.

If you or the applicant ask us any questions during these times, we may not be able to respond.

| CAS RequestWe
have been made aware that many applicants are unaware they must
actively request their CAS after meeting the conditions of their offer
and paying their deposit. This step is essential to begin the CAS
issuance process. Once an offer holder has met all the necessary
conditions and uploaded the required documents, they need to log into
their applicant portal and click the ‘Request CAS’ button. Without this
action, the CAS process will not begin, even if everything else is in
place. We encourage you to remind your applicants to check their
portals regularly and ensure they have completed this step. It is a
simple but crucial part of securing their visa in time. |
