This is a reminder for your undergraduate students to complete one important step for their enrolment at Durham University – the Final Acceptance Form (AS12 form).

The Final Acceptance Form (AS12) is available in the 'Next Steps' section of students’ UG Applicant Portal.

This is a compulsory step to finalise undergraduate students’ enrolment at Durham University. We ask for this because sometimes circumstances change, and this helps us make places available to other applicants if any students don't want their places anymore. This step is crucial for creating your students’ record and completing the enrolment process. Even if your students have already received their CAS, they must also complete the Final Acceptance Form. They must complete the form even if they expect to delay the offer to 2025 entry or later.

Please note that the deadline for submitting the Final Acceptance Form is 4th September 2024.

If we do not receive your students’ Final Acceptance Form by this date, we will assume that they no longer wish to take up a place at Durham.
