Unique Features: We are a city school with the unique advantage of extensive grounds, including a school urban farm, offering students both a city experience and a "Kiwi farm" experience.

Academic Excellence: We are proud of our high academic results, achieving the best NCEA Level 3 results among state co-educational schools in Dunedin, and ranking second overall when including state single-sex schools.

Small Class Sizes: With only 450 students, we maintain small class sizes, ensuring personalized attention.

ESOL Support: We offer two levels of ESOL support.

Dedicated International Student Support: A dedicated Teacher Aide assists our international students across all subjects.

Diverse & Welcoming Community: Our international students, hailing from across Asia, Europe and South America, form a happy and supportive family.

Homestay Program: We have a dedicated Homestay Coordinator available 24/7 who also visits students at school weekly.

Excellent Support Systems: Six staff work in the International Department, including an International Student Dean who looks after the students pastoral needs. Agent concerns are promptly actioned by our team. 

University Pathways: We have strong links with the University of Otago to support students in their future studies.
