 I hope that you and your families are all well.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you and your teams for the hard work and support you have provided Essex over this past year.

2024 has not been plain sailing for the UK sector. Agents and universities alike have had to steer a course through changes on rules to dependants travelling with students, the MAC review on the Graduate Route and ultimately a change in government so close to term. We have navigated this together and with a great deal of success.

In response to in-country feedback over recent weeks, we extended our postgraduate application deadline to allow more times for your students to submit late-cycle applications.

The University would value your continued support in helping these students secure their places with us by encouraging them to accept their offers with us so we can move their application to the next step in the process and ensure they are able to join the University in Autumn 2024.
 

Undergraduate applicants should now aim to accept their offer within 7 days from the date of their offer letter and postgraduate applicants should aim to accept their offer in the timeframe stated in their offer letter. If this has already passed, they should accept their offer this week.
