英-埃克塞特大学-2026年9月起CAS发放政策更新

The University of Exeter is pleased to share some updates regarding our CAS issuance process for September 2026 entry and beyond.

Thank you for all your hard work supporting our applicants in what we recognise is a challenging and turbulent period.

From September 2026 entry onwards, Exeter has partnered with Enroly for CAS issuance. This means offer holders will work through the CAS, visa and arrival process using Enroly’s CAS Shield platform. This is similar to many other UK universities who also partner with Enroly.

We expect this will improve the applicant experience and result in a more effective and transparent process allowing agents and University teams to provide more timely and effective support to students.

It is important to note the following:

• Exeter will continue to require pre-CAS interviews for students from high-risk countries applying independently (without agent support) and these will be conducted via CAS Shield.

• A small number of students working with an agent will also be asked to complete a pre-CAS interview to provide reassurance and maintain our compliance standards.

• We will not require students to upload financial or academic documents in CAS Shield, but they will be required to answer questions on how they plan to fund their studies

• We understand the need for prompt CAS turnaround and expect to maintain our standards in this area. However as this is a new partnership and set of processes we recognise there may be a small number of delays or unexpected cases that require additional attention.

Students who have queries regarding the agent details on their CAS will first be directed to contact their agent for clarification. If the agent details need to be updated, please email exeteragentcommission@exeter.ac.uk and cc casteam@exeter.ac.uk. Please include the student’s Exeter reference number and details of the requested change.

Please note that the agent who was assisting the student at the point of them accepting their offer will show on the CAS. If your agency is offering visa assistance only, you will not show on the CAS statement.
