• 2025 年及以前入学的在读生：继续沿用原有课程结构。请务必确认学生实际就读版本后再提供建议。

We’re pleased to share an important update about Flinders University’s course offerings for 2026. These changes are part of our ongoing commitment to improving the student experience and simplifying course structures across the University. What’s changing? From 2026, many Flinders courses will adopt a simplified and standardised structure. These updates are designed to give students greater flexibility, a more consistent experience, and expanded study options. These changes will initially impact Flinders undergraduate courses from Semester 1, 2026. Key changes for undergraduate courses include: - A common first-year structure across modular courses
- Introduction of specialisations as a new 72-unit component
- Specialisations, majors and minors typically starting from second year
- A minimum number of core topics across courses
- More areas of study available within some courses
- Unified course codes across multiple locations, including the City Campus
What this means for students - New students starting in 2026 will benefit from clearer pathways, more choice, and a streamlined enrolment experience.
