Dear Partner,

You may be aware that Enroly, as part of their ongoing commitment to keeping CAS Shield and your student accounts safe will be introducing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all agents from March 2026. This extra layer of security will help protect student accounts from unauthorised access and ensure student data stays secure.

What is MFA?

MFA adds an extra layer of protection for agents when signing into CAS Shield. After entering their password, they’ll be asked to confirm their identity using a second step, for example, a one-time code sent to their mobile phone or generated by an app.

Next Steps

MFA will be live across all agent accounts by the end of March 2026. Enroly have reached out to agents directly to inform them of this, however we wanted to ensure you are fully aware of the change directly from us.

Training & Support

Enroly will be holding two webinars for agents at 10am UK time on both Thursday 19th February and Monday 23rd February. During these sessions Enroly will be sharing screenshots of what agents can expect when logging in with MFA as well as a quick live demo and a Q+A. Following the webinar, all attendees will also be provided with a recording of the demo as well as access to our MFA information resources.
