Hello Partner,

As we reach the end of August, our focus shifts to supporting our applicants through their final steps to become registered students at the University of Hertfordshire. Our pre-arrival webinars are in full swing, with our outbound registration support calls starting towards the end of the month. We hope all your students have smooth final steps on their journey to the UK.

Overseas arrival form

With more and more CAS being released each day, we are hoping your applicants should start hearing updates about their visa applications soon.

Please encourage your applicants to keep us updated on their situation by completing our overseas arrival form. They can use the form to indicate if they have made their visa application yet, the outcome and their accommodation and travel plans.

Pre-arrival webinar

Our September 2025 pre-arrival webinar is now available to watch on YouTube. We will also be emailing a copy out to all applicants at CAS stage so they can rewatch any sections.

Registration guidance

Applicants at CAS stage will start receiving their Herts log in details around 40 days before their course start date. They should follow the instructions on the email to update their password, set up MFA and begin online registration.

They should complete online registration while they are waiting to hear back about their visa. They can also complete online registration before paying the 50% fee liability. Applicants unsure how to complete online registration can follow along with the step-by-step video above.

Once their visa is approved, they need to link their eVisa to their UKVI account to generate a Right to Study share code and access the face-to-face registration booking appointments. Additional step-by-step guidance is available on our eVisa and share code webinar recording.

January 2026 applications open

January 2026 is now available on our application form!

There's over 50 courses available from four of our Schools of Study;

• Hertfordshire Business School
• Hertfordshire Law School
• School of Health, Medicine and Life Sciences
• School of Physics, Engineering and Computer Science

The majority of programmes available are postgraduate, however there are three undergraduate options;

• BA (Hons) Business Administration (top-up)
• BA (Hons) International Business Management (top-up)
• LLB (Hons) Law - Year 1

We also have some postgraduate programmes offering work placement or advanced research routes.
