O-Week 2024 : A warm welcome to JCU

We were thrilled to recently welcome our newest cohort of international students to the Townsville and Cairns campuses for Semester 1 and Trimester 1, 2024!

Our new students participated in an immersive Orientation Week, where they learned about the vibrant life at JCU, explored our tropical North Queensland locations, and connected with fellow students from around the world.

We extend our warmest wishes to our new students as they embark on their academic journeys with us. We're excited to support them as they pursue their goals and create lifelong memories at JCU.

Medicine, Dentistry and Veterinary Science applications now open!

Applications are now open for our 2025 Medicine, Dentistry and Veterinary Science intakes. Complete applications must be submitted by 31 August 2024.

Please note that these courses require additional steps, including completion of a course-specific application form. Further information is available on the course webpages linked below. 

• Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery

• Bachelor of Veterinary Science (Honours)
