I’ve received a few emails from partners who don’t speak Mandarin and would also like a training session — it’s great to feel so appreciated and supported! . However, they haven’t proposed any alternative time slots yet. With the Spring Festival fast approaching, and being mindful of your time, it may be best not to schedule an additional session until after the holiday.
So, a small change of plan regarding the languages to be used: I’d like to deliver the first half hour in English to cover the presentation and key updates, followed by a second half hour in Chinese to support counsellors who may need further clarification. This format worked well previously, so let’s use it again.

Happy New Year — with the Solar New Year already underway and the Lunar New Year just around the corner.
After some lovely catch‑ups with partners, I feel it’s a good time to run a training session to share a few updates with counsellors. One of our partners suggested this time slot, which aligns well with our previous “regular” catch‑up schedule, so I’d like to invite all of you — both long‑standing and new partners — to join if convenient. I hope to resume our regular catch‑ups after the Spring Festival. This session will be delivered in Mandarin, but if an English session is needed, we could meet from 9:30am on the day or please suggest a few suitable time slots on other days, and I’ll also arrange a session in English accordingly.
