P.s. on hearing about the training schedule, I flagged that it falls on Lunar New Year’s Day, but the sessions have already been confirmed anyway and are difficult to change. My colleague Stephen is including the invitation in the agent newsletter that will be sent out shortly. I understand these may not be convenient times on a day filled with celebrations, but I’ll share the information anyway just in case someone feels like taking a brief (and possibly “strategic”) escape from the festivities. □
