Dear Partner,

Greetings from Liverpool, I hope this email finds you well.

Please find important information to support you in working with Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU)

1. Application Deadlines – you can find all the necessary application deadlines on this link: International application dates | Liverpool John Moores University

2. Early Payment Deposit – the early payment deadline for Undergraduate students joining LJMU in September is 7 August 2026 and for Postgraduate January students 10 July 2026. Please note that there are varying dates for Nursing, Clinical Embryology and PGT Sport related programmes.

3. Tagging Procedure – we’d like to remind all partners to use the LJMU application form paf.ljmu.ac.uk to be automatically tagged

* Authorisation Form – in the case that the LJMU application form was not used, please use the LJMU Authorisation Form which is attached
* Tagging has to be done before a student has had the CAS issued
* After a CAS has been issued, the university can only tag for visa support which is £500
* Once a student has matriculated, we are no longer able to tag a student
* A reminder that it is your responsibility to ensure that students have been tagged to your company.

4. Supporting students – We kindly request that you do NOT create an email on behalf of the student. If you are correctly tagged to the application, both you and the student will receive all communications until the CAS is issued.

5. Commission– this can only be claimed once students have met a certain threshold. Please encourage your students to pay at least 75% of their fees so that commission can quickly be processed after enrolment.

6. Admissions – the university has a dedicated email for all our partners (please don’t share the email with students). You can contact them on globalpartners@ljmu.ac.uk

* You do not need to email attachments – these should be uploaded directly to our system on auf.ljmu.ac.uk
* You do not need to send proof of payment – the team download a report daily and update the students offer accordingly

7. CAS Shield – all students will need to use the platform to get their CAS issued. We advise that you create an account and monitor the progress of your students

8. International Welcome – to enhance the student experience, please encourage your students to be in Liverpool by the 8th of September. Induction this year which is mandatory for all incoming students is on the 9th, 10th and 11th of September.

9. Agent Zone – please spend time familiarising yourself with LJMU’ agent zone. We suggest that you share the link with all counsellors that support LJMU so they are aware of procedures and who to contact for any matters arising Agent Zone | International | Liverpool John Moores University

10. Training – If you have new counsellors that would benefit from updated training, please can you let us know and we will facilitate it for you.
