Arrangements for Confirmation and Clearing, August 2025

I hope this finds you well at this busy time of year. As you will be aware, we are currently under UCAS embargo pending the main A level and Level 3 results release on Thursday 14th August, but I wanted to provide you with a reminder of our Clearing and Confirmation arrangements.  

Our listing of programmes with vacancies in Clearing will go live around 5pm UK time (BST) on Wednesday 13th August. Please note the student-facing page for Clearing, where interested students can sign up for alerts in the meantime, is here: Clearing 2025

On results day, the hotline for Clearing vacancies will be +44 161 672 8770.  These lines will be open as follows:

Thursday 14th August 2025, 8am to 5pm UK time BST

Friday 15th August 2025, 9am to 5pm UK time BST

Monday 18th August 2025, 9am to 5pm UK time BST

After Monday 18th August, the central Clearing hotlines will close, and any queries should be sent through to School/Department admissions teams.

We appreciate your support in directing any student enquiries through the hotline whilst Clearing is in operation. A reminder too that our International Accommodation guarantee application deadline is 31st August 2025.
