Kia ora, valued partner,
We are writing to share important information regarding Massey University student visa applications with Immigration New Zealand (INZ). Please read the information below carefully.
When completing the INZ visa application, all uploaded documents must meet specific PDF requirements for the system to accept them. If a document does not meet these requirements, you may receive an error message from the INZ system similar to the following:
INZ – "Unsuccessful document upload"
If the virus scan and/or PDF flattening process is unsuccessful, the document will not be uploaded or saved in the INZ system. You may see the following error messages:
1st and 2nd upload attempt:
“The uploaded file may contain a virus or corrupted data. Please try a new file.”
3rd upload attempt:
“The uploaded file may contain a virus or corrupted data. We will contact you after you have submitted your application to ask for more information.”
What you need to do;
For Massey University’s Offer of Place and Receipt of Payment, please follow the step-by-step guide in the document attached when downloading documents from our Student Portal. Once you have saved it correctly, upload this version of the PDF to your Immigration New Zealand (INZ) visa application.
