Pre-Arrival Online Guide

Please find all the information for your applicant to settle into their new home in our pre-arrival guide. Packed full of helpful videos with University of Plymouth students and useful links, this guide will help them understand what they need to do when they get to campus, check they haven't missed anything crucial, and help them settle in to life in Plymouth.

International Student Welcome Week

Monday 8th September to Sunday 14th September 2025

Students can join us in the Rolle Marquee (the big white tent in the middle of campus!) which will be open to all new students everyday throughout Welcome Week.

Here they will be able to book onto campus tours, speak to staff, learn about support available at the University of Plymouth and all the other important things to do after their arrival in the UK.

It will provide the perfect opportunity to ask questions and meet other students.

Advice for students arriving after International Welcome Week

Advise your students to visit the Student Hub (in the Charles Seale Hayne Library) and a member of the team will be able to answer their questions about the campus and important things to do after you arrive in the UK to study.
