What your applicant needs to do:
Step 1: Please advise your applicant to log in to their applicant portal, view their offer, and click on ‘View Financial Overview’.
Step 2:
If the applicant has been awarded a scholarship, please make sure they
accept this under ‘My Funding Applications’ to update their remaining
balance (they may have previously completed this step). It will take 24 hours to update their remaining balance once they have accepted their scholarship. The applicant may only accept one scholarship.
Step 3: The applicant will need to check the balance value they have remaining to pay, and make an advance payment of that amount, minus £500.
For example: If their balance value is £20,000, they would need to pay £19,500.
If
the applicant has already paid their deposit please make sure they also
deduct this from their final ‘money owed’. Refer to the ‘Balance’
section.
Step 4: Once the applicant has made the payment, please ask them to email applications@plymouth.ac.uk to let us know they have made the payment.
Our admissions team will ensure the discount will be applied to their record within 7 working days.
Our
admissions team will also update the applicants CAS to reflect the
amount the applicant has paid, if their CAS has not yet been used for
their visa application.
