随着大学的不断发展，同时也会产生相应的变化，这一切都是大学追求进步和卓越的精神所致。今年，我们正式实施以JCU First为重心的新模式。对于学生和合作伙伴来说，这意味着我们出色的团队将与澳大利亚同事密切合作，并带来更广泛的课程和学科合作机会。

我们非常期待这种新的模式，这将提升大学所提供给您的服务与支持的质量。在此过程中，大学的组织结构发生了一些变化，作为大学的首席营销官，我将负责在国际市场中，与招生相关联的一切事宜。这一调整旨在使我们的团队与大学的战略目标无缝对接。

Dear Partners,

As an organisation grows, change happens – all in the spirit of progress. This year, we are embarking on a new approach focused on JCU First. For your students and our partners, this means that our amazing team will also be working closely with Australian colleagues to make available opportunities to study and partner with a broader range of programmes and academic disciplines.

We are excited about this approach, which will add value to the services and support you are receiving. With that, there are some changes to the organisation, and as the University’s Chief Marketing Office, I will be handling the recruitment area of all our international markets. This shift aims to seamlessly align our teams with the University’s strategic objectives.

Please be assured that there will be no disruptions to the department’s day-to-day operations, and the existing recruitment team will continue to support you.

I am grateful to Mr Kelvin Liu for his exceptional leadership in steering the team over the past years. His contributions have been invaluable, and he will continue to lead excellently as he continues to take on his considerable and important duties within the organisation as the Chief Operating Officer. He will also continue to provide guidance to our approach to working with our educational partners.
