Important information about latest arrival date

You will be aware that the latest CAS date for September entry is later this week (12th September) and may have noticed that this is the same as the start date of international orientation communicated in yesterday’s agent bulletin.

We encourage students to arrive by 12th September so that they can benefit from our orientation programme and to ensure that they are here for start of teaching but we appreciate that this may now not be possible for some.

As a result, we can confirm that we will allow late enrolments until the 29th September.

Individual requests for late enrolment should be sent to enrolment@shu.ac.uk for consideration.

It should be noted that students choosing to arrive after the 12th September may have missed teaching and/or orientation & induction sessions and that they will be expected to take individual responsibility for catching up on any missed content.
