students, including an early bird discount for our online International
Foundation and Pre-Master’s programmes. We are also excited to highlight
SOAS’s Unibuddy platform, where prospective students can chat directly
with current students to gain real, firsthand insight into life at SOAS.
SOAS Scholarships and Discounts
NEW SOAS Future Leaders Scholarship
There
is still time to apply for the newly announced SOAS Future Leaders
Scholarship, which recognises international postgraduate applicants who
demonstrate academic excellence and the potential to lead positive
change in their communities and beyond. This scholarship opportunity
offers full tuition fee waivers to 2 international students per SOAS academic college.
Students
applying for our new online foundation programmes, including
International Foundation (Online) and Pre-Master’s (Online ) programmes,
can now benefit from a £400 early bird discount. Please encourage offer-holders to accept their offer of a place by no later than 15th May in order to secure this limited-time discount ahead of the new academic year in September.
Applications are still open for the SOAS GREAT Scholarships, available to students from Turkey, Indonesia, and Kenya. This year 5 GREAT scholarships worth £11,000 each are available in partnership with the British Council, along with 30 additional SOAS-funded fee-waivers worth £10,000 for eligible students.
The final round of applications for the SOAS Master’s Scholarships (International) will open on the 5th May. This scholarship is open to international postgraduate applicants who demonstrate outstanding academic merit, with 150 awards valued at £5,000 and £8,000 in the form of tuition fee waivers.

SOAS offers the Unibuddy platform, a free and easy way for applicants to chat with current SOAS students online.
Through Unibuddy, applicants can:
