Some of your applicants may still have outstanding English-language conditions. We have discounts to help them:

• Pearson Test of English (PTE): up to 14 % off test fees (voucher valid until 31 August 2025).

• Duolingo English Test: one free attempt taken online at the student’s convenience. Results are sent to us automatically.

• Students simply need to request a voucher online here: English Language Test Voucher Request 

To secure their place for the September 2025 intake, we also strongly encourage students to pay their deposits as soon as possible.

Once they have their result:

• PGT applicants upload the certificate in the Applicant Portal.

• UG applicants email it to the address in their offer letter.

Clearing vacancies and grades are now listed via our website. For some courses, we will be more flexible on our entry requirements and accept applicants who have achieved slightly lower grades than our published requirements.

Students who already have their results (including IB and HKDSE) can apply immediately, and accommodation is guaranteed for Clearing students who accept by 19 August.
