Hi ,

For agents who may be less familiar with the UK's Clearing process, we have outlined everything you need to know in this email.

Students still have the opportunity to study with us in Sept 2025 by
applying through the UCAS Clearing process but there are some important
changes to be aware of from 8am Thursday 14th August.

From this time, most UK students will also be able to apply
through Clearing for the first time as they receive their results and UK
universities will update their Clearing vacancies and entry
requirements. This means that vacancies still available are likely to
fill up quickly and some of our courses and entry requirements may have
changed.

Below we've shared resources on:

Plan ahead for Clearing on Thursday 14 Aug

To prepare any students looking to apply through Clearing, please encourage them to:

  • Search our latest vacancies from 6:30pm (UK time) on Wednesday 13 August, when our course listings and entry requirements will be updated

  • Choose the course, or courses, they would like to apply for. For
some courses, we’ll be more flexible on our entry requirements and may
accept applicants who have achieved slightly lower grades than our
    published requirements.

  • Bookmark our course vacancies page and save our Clearing hotline phone number +44 (0) 330 058 6940

Set a reminder for Thursday 14 August – students can apply from 8am (UK time)
