What's New at Stirling?

Following recent changes in the USA we understand that some of your students' plans may now have changed. If they have — the University of Stirling is here to support.

September 2025 - Applications Still Open

If a student has rejected their UK places on UCAS, or having not previously applied, has now decided to study in the UK, there are options available to still make it to the UK for September.

University of Stirling applications for both Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses starting in September 2025 are still open.

Undergraduate and Postgraduate applications can be submitted directly via the University of Stirling website. The direct application form allows you to tag your agency at the point of application to ensure that we can communicate quickly and effectively with the right individuals as important deposit and CAS deadlines approach.

Applications are free of charge and the application to offer turnaround time is on average 2-3 working days.

If you have student wishing to study in the UK this September, please submit their application as soon as possible or by Thursday 24th July at the latest.

Accommodation

We know accommodation is a big concern for students. At Stirling we offer a range of accommodation options to suit all budgets.

Applications for accommodation are open and we offer an accommodation guarantee to all new international students who apply for accommodation by the 31 July (Postgraduate) or 31 August (Undergraduate).

Payment Terms and CAS Shield

Further to our email last month please ensure all your teams are aware of the following key changes for September:

• Tuition fee deposit reduced to £4,000 with immediate effect;
• Postgraduate students can now pay the remainder of their fee in four instalments: November, January, March and May. The 'enrolment fee' has been removed.
• The University has now joined Enroly CAS Shield, and the pre-CAS process will be managed through that platform.
