圣三一学院 未满18岁学生入境日期以及CAAW问题 近期有的即将入学1月综合课程和2月标准课程的未满18岁学生和家长，在咨询入境日期的问题。   请注意： 1.         学生未满18岁住宿合同的起始日，也就是CAAW生效日，学生只能在CAAW生效日当天或是之后的日期入境, 这个日期不是ISA监护机构的监护生效日期。 例:未满18岁学生2月6日开学，ISA机构监护日期起始日是1月23日，但是CAAW生效日是2月1日，那么学生只能2月1日或之后的日期才能入境。 2.         学校在学生预定未满18岁住宿的时候，住宿部门会在邮件写着这样一句话： IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE CAAW:  Please ensure the student books from the day they intend to enter Australia which can be any time from the CAAW earliest start date. Our CAAW will be dated to match the accommodation booking.  This will impact the ability to enter the country earlier. 大概意思是学生预定住宿的日期和CAAW生效日期是一致的，请确认好自己最早的入境日期 3.         学校说如果学生询问在CAAW生效日期前入境，我们都会建议请重新预定机票，确保在CAAW生效日或CAAW生效日之后再入境，这样是最安全的。 4.         如果学生一定要在CAAW生效日之前入境，那么学校的回复是： “Any arrangements made to arrive in Australia prior to the CAAW commencement date are done so independently.   To avoid disappointment and possible refusal of entry on arrival in Australia,  it is strongly recommended the family seek appropriate advice from the Department of Home Affairs.” 大概意思是：在 CAAW 生效日期之前抵达澳大利亚的任何安排都是独立进行的。  为避免失望和抵达澳大利亚后可能被拒绝入境，强烈建议该家庭向内政部寻求适当的建议"。   5.   所以基本上学校这边是不会对于CAAW生效日期之前学生入境做出批准的，提前入境学生有可能会有在入境时被拒绝入境的风险。   举个例子： 案例1 ：未满18学生2月6日开学，CAAW 2月1日生效，那么学生应该是2月1日才能入境，且入境后要直接入住之前预定的未满18岁学生公寓，如果学生和家长一定要在2月1日提前入境，那么要告知风险。也就说如果学生在2月1日前入境，或是学生和父母在2月1日前入境，学校是不会批准的，要自己承担风险。   案例2：未满18学生2月6日开学，CAAW 2月1日生效，但是学生说自己会2月1日入境，但是入境后，要和父母待在一起，不会直接入住之前原本2月1日入住的未满18岁公寓，之后可能要2月5日才会入住，这样情况下，需要提前报备给住宿部门tcfs-accommodation@trinity.unimelb.edu.au, 需要提交学生的行程，之后入境后要住的酒店等信息，需要学校批准后才可以，学校还会通知未满18岁公寓的确切入住日期。   如果有关于CAAW，住宿安排，或是监护机构的其他问题，可以直接联系tcfs-accommodation@trinity.unimelb.edu.au
