Dear Partners,

We would like to highlight two important updates regarding student payment options and system functionality. These measures take effect from 1 July 2025, and are part of our ongoing efforts to support the implementation of e-invoicing and the Sales and Service Tax (SST) initiative. 

1) Discontinuation of Proof of Payment (POP) Functionality in TOPAS

The POP functionality in TOPAS will be discontinued. All agents are kindly advised to cease using this feature from the effective date.

2) Use of Approved Payment Channels Only
We kindly remind all agents not to use the existing Taylor’s bank account number(s) to transfer students’ enrolment or semester fees. Payments made via direct bank transfer will be considered invalid and cannot be recognised for reconciliation purposes.

To ensure the timely and accurate processing of student payments, please use only the approved platform - Taylor’s Pay - available via TOPAS and Campus Central Portal. This is essential to avoid disruptions during the enrolment and registration process.
