This month, we are pleased to share highlights that reflect our continued excellence in business education and global engagement. CQUniversity has maintained its Tier One status in the 2026 CEO Magazine Global MBA Rankings, with both our online MBA and MBA (Leadership) recognised among the world’s leading programs.

Our international connections remain strong, with Japanese students recently joining study tours across Brisbane and Cairns, combining English language learning with cultural and sustainability experiences. Students are also making a meaningful impact abroad, with allied health placements in Fiji supporting inclusive education and community wellbeing.

CQUniversity has strengthened its standing in global business education, retaining Tier One status in the 2026 CEO Magazine Global MBA Rankings. The University’s online Master of Business Administration ranked 33rd worldwide, while the hyperflexible Master of Business Administration (Leadership) climbed six places to 34th.

The results reflect CQUniversity’s continued focus on high‑quality, flexible learning, and an exceptional student experience. CEO Magazine benchmarks MBA programs against rigorous, fact‑based criteria – including faculty quality, international diversity, accreditation, delivery modes, and professional development.

University leaders noted the rankings highlight the sustained strength of CQU’s MBA offerings, the impact of innovative program design, and a commitment to continuous improvement. CQUniversity remains focused on equipping graduates with the skills and confidence to lead in a complex global business environment.

CQUniversity hosted 57 students from three Japanese universities on Brisbane and Cairns study tours, featuring English language learning, cultural experiences, sustainability studies, and homestay immersion.

Allied health students work hand-in-hand with Fiji school
CQUniversity occupational therapy and speech pathology students completed a four-week Fiji placement, delivering therapy, supporting inclusive education, gaining cross‑cultural experience, and supporting children at school locally.
