It also ensures compliance with the ESOS Act and confirms that all fee structures and conditions are provided upfront in offer documents and on the UQ College website. Student Refund Procedure This procedure outlines how UQ College students can apply for refunds and the conditions under which they are granted. It explains when full refunds apply (e.g., withdrawals before census date), when administrative charges may be deducted for commencing international students, and which types of refunds are excluded.
