This is a reminder that Monday 14 July 2025 is the last day for students to accept their offers for Trimester 3.

To facilitate a quick acceptance turnaround, please follow these steps:

• Review the Offer: Ensure all program details, fees, and conditions are reviewed.
• Meet Conditions: Satisfy all conditions listed in the offer.
• Complete the Acceptance Form: Accurately fill out the Acceptance of Offer form.
• Complete the Scholarship Form: Sign and return the form along with Acceptance documentation.
• Complete the Financial Checklist/Declaration form: As applicable to the student's letter of offer.
• Complete the Genuine Student Questionnaire: included in the letter of offer, as applicable

Submit Documents: Send the completed forms, and any other required acceptance documents to UniSQ via your OMEGA account for streamlined processing.

Next step: Once we have reviewed the acceptance documentation, our International Admissions team will contact you with the next steps relating to the Confirmation of Enrolment letter.

Incomplete submissions may cause processing delays beyond the final acceptance deadline. Please ensure all documents are legible and in the correct format to avoid delays.

As we enter the final stages of the September (Trimester 3) intake, please keep the following dates in mind:

• T3 Orientation: 1st September
• T3 Study period classes commence: 8th September
• Fees due: 19th September

We are seeing increasing visa processing times across several regions. To avoid delays, all visa applications should be fully complete and lodged 8 weeks before the course commencement, as recommended by DHA. This ensures your students have the best chance of arriving in time for Orientation and classes.
