Effective immediately, all applications from countries identified by The University of Queensland must be accompanied by the recently updated Genuine Student Form. This form is essential for assessing application quality and verifying the genuine intent of prospective students. It also includes an agent declaration section, reinforcing the critical role our partners play in maintaining application integrity. To support a smooth transition, the previous version of the GS Form will continue to be accepted for new applications until 31 August 2025. After this date, only the updated version will be accepted.
Please note: While the form is mandatory for identified countries, assessors may also request it from applicants in lower-risk countries if deemed necessary based on individual circumstances.
To uphold the integrity of our admissions process, we will be conducting periodic sample audits of submitted applications. These audits are intended to reinforce our partnership and ensure continued alignment with compliance standards.
We appreciate your ongoing support and commitment, and we look forward to another successful intake.
