We hope this message finds you well.

As we prepare for the upcoming July 2025 intake at Taylors College Sydney, we would like to confirm our final arrival policy, including specific details for both Under 18 and Over 18 students. This information is provided to support your planning and student communications.

The intake officially commences on Monday, 14 July 2025, with orientation held at the University of Sydney campus.

Please take note of the following:

Final Arrival Deadlines

Strictly for students whose student visa has not yet been granted

• Under 18 Students:

               Must arrive and be present on campus by 9:00 AM, Monday, 21 July 2025 (Sydney time)
              ▸ Visa must be granted by midday Friday, 18 July 2025 (Sydney time)

• Over 18 Students:

              Must arrive and be present on campus by 9:00 AM, Monday, 28 July 2025 (Sydney time)
             ▸ Visa must be granted by midday Friday, 25 July 2025 (Sydney time)

No Exceptions

• Students who do not meet their respective arrival and visa deadlines will need to defer to the October 2025 intake.
• Travel plans should be arranged well in advance to ensure timely arrival.

We kindly ask you to communicate these timelines clearly to your students and their families to avoid any disruptions to their enrolment.
