Dear Partners,

We would like to inform you of 3 important updates to the Taylors College Academic English Program (AEP).

1. Changes to AEP and USFP Packaged Degree Options – Effective from the January 2026 Intake:
From 10 June 2025, new acceptances for AEP will have a more limited selection of degree programs available for packaging with the University of Sydney Foundation Program (USFP).
Please refer to the link below for the list of degree programs that remain eligible for packaging with AEP.

2. Single Attempt Policy for AEP:
AEP students are permitted only one attempt at the AEP program. This will be applicable from the AEP start from October 2025 intake.

3. Updated Entry Requirements for AE3:

The entry requirements for AE3 will be revised to IELTS 5.5 (with no band less than 5.5). Below is a summary of the updated entry and exit requirements:
