Greetings from Wellington!

We would like to share a few updates and resources to support you when working with applications through our Agent and Partner Portal. Please feel free to share this email with other team members for reference.

• Changes to the Application Form – Entering a new application (Tutorial)

We have made some minor changes to the Application Form for submitting a new application.

Please see our tutorial on how to submit a new application, available on the Agent and Partner Portal Assistance webpage.

• How to defer an application (Tutorial)

When you click “Defer”, a draft application is created for the deferral term. You must still submit the draft application to complete the deferral request.

• New VUW logos for agents are now available in Brand kit.

We would like to reshare our logo. Please remove any previous versions you may have stored on your devices and replace them with the new versions available in Brand kit.

• Do you have a student who wishes to nominate you as their representative agent?

In order to link an agency to an existing application, both the agent and the student must complete the Agent Nomination Form, which can be found on our Agent Action website.

Please complete the form and email it to international@vuw.ac.nz or directly to your recruitment manager.

• Application Turnaround Times

Please note that our turnaround time for applications is as follows:

• UG – up to 2 -3 weeks

• Traditional Master’s – up to 4 weeks

• Non-traditional Master’s – up to 3 - 4 weeks

We kindly ask that you wait until the stated turnaround time has passed before following up.
