We would like to inform you that Victoria University of Wellington is partnering with Acumen, part of the Sannam S4 Group, to deliver a fast-tracked university onboarding process. Please do not be alarmed if you or one of your applicants is contacted by them.

Acumen will be working with students who have received their Offer of Place between 14 April and 12 May 2025, as the trimester start is fast approaching, and there are still several steps to complete before students arrive in July. They will primarily be assisting students with timelines—what needs to be done to complete their enrolment, how to secure accommodation, and the available options for fee payment.

Our goal is to ensure students receive all the important information, support, and care in a timely manner, with no disruptions. Please rest assured that all information provided by Acumen is reviewed and approved by us. Any queries can also be escalated directly to our team by Acumen, allowing us to respond promptly.
