Welcome to this month’s newsletter, bringing you the latest updates, insights, and key developments to support your work and help you guide applicants with confidence throughout a busy year ahead. Please note that the University will be closed for the Easter break and will reopen on Tuesday 7 April. International Foundation Key application dates for the 2026 intake are now confirmed, and we encourage agents to share these with prospective students early. The Extended International Foundation Programme has an application deadline of 29 June 2026, with final documents due by 10 July 2026.
For the International Foundation Programme, applications close on 10 August 2026, and all supporting documents must be submitted by 21 August 2026. Deposit and offer acceptance deadlines will be provided individually within each student’s Conditional Offer email, so applicants should review their offer communications carefully to stay on track.

Our Closed Courses List has now been updated to reflect the most recent admissions cycle. Several programmes have reached full capacity and are therefore no longer accepting new applications. We encourage colleagues and prospective students to review alternative course options and to continue checking for updates through the Agent Portal.

New Course: MSc Business with Digital Strategy & Artificial Intelligence
Applications opening soon
Warwick Business School is preparing to launch the MSc Business with Digital Strategy & Artificial Intelligence, a future‑focused programme combining core business skills with specialist knowledge in digital strategy and AI. Students will explore digital business models, responsible AI, strategy, economics, and real‑world applications, gaining the tools to lead in technology‑driven organisations. This one‑year master’s includes access to WBS’s global network and the option to complete the Business in Practice route. Applications will open soon, and students can find out more and register their interest on this webpage.
Exciting Scholarship news for WBS
The following changes are going ahead for this cycle (2026 intake). All of those currently holding an offer with us have had an updated offer letters that reflect their Alumni or Warwick Undergraduate Scholarship increase.
 Warwick Undergraduate Scholarship: 30% (Increased from 25%) (this is an automatic 30% scholarship for those studying at Warwick and wishing to progress to MSc study immediately after their undergraduate study.)
Alumni Scholarship: 25% (increased from 10%) (an automatic scholarship for applicants who are an alumni of Warwick)
The new Legacy scholarship of 20% will be introduced for the children and siblings of UoW alumni.
(Please note: The Legacy Scholarship will be trialled ONLY on the new MSc Business with Digital Strategy and Artificial Intelligence for 2026 entry.)
Deposit Extension Requests
Applicants who wish to request an extension on their deposit deadline must contact the academic department they applied to directly. When making this request, they should provide supporting evidence, such as proof of a pending scholarship application or any other relevant documentation. For WBS applicants, the offer letter includes the correct departmental email address for their specific course. This can be found in the deposit section of the offer letter. Please check the offer documents carefully to ensure the request is sent to the appropriate team. |

Warwick Medical School Academic Wins Prestigious ASME Award
Congratulations to Emily Róisín Reid, Associate Professor and Director of Student Experience, Employability and Progression at Warwick Medical School, who has been named the 2026 recipient of the ASME Chair’s Award for Distinguished HPE Scholarship.
