Dear Partner,

Our pre-sessional English Language courses for 2026 entry are now open for applications.

These courses are for any international students who either need to meet English language criteria for their degree or who have already met their language requirements and would like to better prepare themselves for their degree programme. We have both online and in-person courses available.

Applications for our pre-sessionals can be made through the You@York portal once your student has accepted an offer for a degree programme.

Act fast

The deadline to apply for the 16-week online pre-sessional is only a week away on 9 April 2026!
