Adelaide University has recently removed some majors within our engineering programs to allow for more advanced discipline courses within the curriculum design, aligned with industry best practice, employability outcomes and accreditation. We are pleased to offer a range of in-demand undergraduate engineering degrees, including:

Within our Engineering degrees students will take the Professional Engineer Engagement with Professional Practice course which provides students direct exposure to the engineering field through structured, real-world engagements.

To coincide with the transition to Adelaide University the following adjustments to branding protocols will come into effect from 1 January 2026.

Adelaide University Accommodation Service representatives will be visiting Indonesia in late August, and Malaysia, Hong Kong, and mainland China from early September. Adelaide University has released its first Research Strategy, set to deliver nation-critical and globally relevant outcomes.

Backed by $500 million per annum in external research revenue, a dedicated $200 million Research Fund from the South Australian Government, more than 180 years of institutional experience, and 5,000 talented researchers, this five-year strategy will accelerate at-scale research and its commercialisation, and advance innovation and industry, balancing both economic imperatives and social licence.

Our recruitment team has been busy with agent training events in Beijing and Shanghai and Adelaide University’s first recruitment events in India were held with IDP in Delhi, Ahmedabad and Mumbai. We were also in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam where we hosted a Co-VC Agent Leadership Appreciation lunch and the International Recruitment team provided program training for education partners, school counsellors, and pathway providers.
